Metal lockers can be cleaned with a terry cloth hand towel and warm soapy water or mild ammonia based surface cleanser. Polycarbonate doors can be cleaned with a terry cloth hand towel and warm soapy water or vinegar based surface cleanser. The LockUp lock unit can be cleaned with a q-tip or cotton swab and rubbing alcohol.
LockUp Keypad Locks are ADA compliant, meeting Federal ADA Standards for Accessible Design. To meet compliance guidelines, ADA lockers must utilize ADA compliant locks that do not require tight grasping, pinching or twisting of the wrist to operate, a standard that typical dial and key locks cannot meet. LockUp locks meet ADA compliance guidelines with an ADA User Key that allows easy access to any available locker simply by touching the key to the lock.
LockUp lockers are available in 1 and 3 wide configurations with a standard 12” width. Available depths are 12”, 15”, and 18”. Louver and square vent lockers are available in 1, 2, 3, or 6 openings (tiers) per locker and polycarbonate door lockers are available in 3 or 6 openings (tiers) per locker.
LockUp lockers ship with electronic keypad locks installed. Shared-use E-locks operate with a 4-digit code and feature an auto-unlock function that prevents locker takeover.
Standard color options for the LockUp locker are Champagne, Gray & Red. Custom colors and logo matching are available; upcharge may apply.
LockUp Lockers are manufactured from powder coated steel. Metal doors are 16-gauge and locker bodies are 24 gauge Polycarbonate doors are 4.77mm thick.
Lock housings are manufactured from all metal zinc composite that is completely secure and able to withstand repeated use.
LockUp E Function Locks are set for temporary (shared locker) use. The lock operates with a user selected 4-digit code and remains locked until the same 4-digit code is entered. The next user enters their own 4-digit code to secure the locker. P Function Locks are for assigned use. Users are permanently assigned to a locker, and the lock operates with only one user 4-digit code.
LockUp lockers are available in flat top or slope top varieties. 1, 2 and 3 tier lockers include hooks. All lockers ship assembled with front and end bases. Corner fillers and end panels are available for slope and flat top installations at any depth. ADA user keys are recommended for 5% of openings to meet ADA accessibility requirements.
LockUp is available in a variety of door designs to meet the privacy and ventilation needs of the environment. Door options include metal doors with square vents or louvers and polycarbonate clear doors.
For retrofit scenarios, our SES lock can fit metal doors 28-13 gauge (0.09 – 0.015”) and recess cup doors. Please contact sales@lockup.com for assistance. We can provide a sample lock to test on your lockers to ensure proper fit and function.
LockUp Lock products have both Audible & Visual Usage Indicators that signal things like lock status (open or closed), battery status, incorrect 4-digit code and programming completion. For a complete list of indicator means, view the appropriate user guide.
The Black Manager Flex Key is used to program locks for a specific location, and opens locked lockers in the case of forgotten 4-digit codes or for audit of locker contents.
LockUp can have an infinite number of Manager Flex Keys per system. However, some facilities limit the number of manager keys issued per lock system. Contact your corporate headquarters for any limits that may have been issued to us, or call us at 707-766-6000 for assistance.
