Orders without a forecast take 10-12 weeks from payment or receipt of a Purchase Order to ship. Forecasted orders ship within 2 weeks from payment or receipt of a Purchase Order. For orders needed in less than 10-12 weeks, please contact LockUp sales for product availability.
We provide order acknowledgements for orders within 48 hours of purchase order receipt. If you do not receive an acknowledgment, please contact LockUp sales for assistance.

Accounts that purchase a minimum of $5,000 annually may apply for net terms. Contact LockUp sales for a credit application.
If you need to return a LockUp product for warranty evaluation, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Please call our support department at (707) 766-6000 or email us at support@digilock.com with information about why your product needs to be returned. If conditions are met, you will receive an RMA and instructions for returning your product for replacement or credit. Please note that all unopened product is subject to a 25% restock fee.
Requests for RMAs are evaluated in 3-5 business days. Once your RMA product is received, it will be evaluated and replaced or credit issued in 5 to 7 business days.
Stock product is returnable if unused and in original packaging, but is subject to a 25% restocking fee. You must also obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and pay return shipping. Once your return is received, it will be evaluated and credit will be issued.
