Shipment Method – Locks & Accessories:  Locks ship UPS Small Package Class 70. For quantities over 280 locks, UPS freight may be quoted. Orders shipping outside the United States ship UPS or FEDEX International. All duties, taxes and fees for international shipments must be paid by the customer. Prepaid orders will include a freight charge that must be paid prior to shipment. Net terms orders will include a freight charge on the invoice.


Weight Estimates – Locks:
  For calculation, use 1.5 lbs per lock (includes packaging, keys, accessories), 40 locks per carton.

Shipment Method – Lockers:  Lockers ship LTL freight Class 100.  Minimum LTL freight charge is $150. Digilock will ship Bestway on domestic and international shipments unless a specific carrier is designated on the purchase order. All duties, taxes and fees for international shipments must be paid by the customer. Prepaid orders will include a freight charge that must be paid prior to shipment. Net terms orders will include a freight charge on the invoice.

Weight Estimates – Lockers:  For freight calculation, use 38 lbs per pallet size 48” x 40”.

15” or 18” deep lockers = 6 frames

Third Party Accounts:  Digilock can bill third party account numbers provided by customers for UPS, FEDEX or an alternate carrier. Please provide carrier, account number and indicate method of service requested (overnight, 2nd day, etc.) on purchase order.  Also provide contact information for carrier if not UPS or FEDEX.

Inspection:  It is critical that all packages/shipments are inspected upon receipt and refused if any damage is noted. Contact Digilock immediately to report refused delivery.

***Digilock cannot submit a carrier claim for damaged shipments if delivery is accepted.
No returns will be honored under these circumstances. Recourse is with the carrier.***
